Make sure you close and save the Web.config (Apache web server)

Make sure you close and save the Web.config file after making any changes. To test the change, view the CreateAcct.aspx page (described earlier in this chapter) in a browser. (If you get an error message rather than the page, you typed something wrong in the Web.config file).
